Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Billing & Shipping
ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY. If you choose to waive signature, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. For all orders with unmatched billing and shipping addresses we require further verification before processing your order.
F.A.B.R.I.C., LLC charges 9.75% sales tax to all purchase totals.
We are pleased to accept EXCHANGES ONLY of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer exchange/store credit within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. F.A.B.R.I.C., LLC Clothing Shop reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale, or returned after 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with a no exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 12pm CST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 12pm CST will be processed on the following Monday.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS
