Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS.  We offer priority shipping which takes approximately 3-7 business days. 

Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required, your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued. Please note in comment section if you choose to receive signature confirmation.

Tracking          
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package. 

Delayed Shipping
Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare but relevant.
